End Of The Cancer Cure Story

In Issue 4 we reported that the ACCC had instituted criminal proceedings against Paul and Michael Rana and their company, NuEra Wellness Centre Pty Ltd, for failing to co-operate during a recent Commission investigation into claims of a cancer cure.

In Issue 4, we reported that the ACCC had instituted criminal proceedings against Paul and Michael Rana and their company, NuEra Wellness Centre Pty Ltd, for failing to co-operate during a recent Commission investigation into claims of a cancer cure. On 22 December, Justice North found Paul Rana guilty of refusing or failing to provide documents and information to the ACCC. Michael Rana and NuEra Wellness Centre both pleaded guilty. All three will be sentenced on 18 February 2008. Paul Rana will remain in remand until sentencing.
